Below are answers to the most common questions about orders, shipping, returns, and tracking.

How long does shipping take?

Processing: 1–3 business days.
Delivery estimates: USA 7–15 business days · Europe 10–20 business days · Rest of World 15–25 business days.
Times are estimates and may be affected by customs, local carriers, or peak seasons.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship globally. Some remote regions may have longer delivery times or limited tracking updates.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Most orders include tracking. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link. Please allow a few days after dispatch for updates to appear.

I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?

Contact us immediately at k1d3@yahoo.com with the correct address and your order number.
If the order has already shipped, we can’t change the address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We start processing quickly. If you need a change or cancellation, email us within 12 hours of placing the order. After processing/shipping, changes are no longer possible.

Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees charged by their country. Please check local regulations before ordering.

My order shows delivered but I didn’t receive it.

Please check with household members/neighbors and your local post office. If still not found, email us with your order number so we can open a carrier investigation.

My item arrived damaged/incorrect. What should I do?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at k1d3@yahoo.com and attach clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Why did I receive only part of my order?

To speed up delivery, items may ship separately from different warehouses. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers if applicable.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging. See our full Refund Policy for details and exclusions.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email us at k1d3@yahoo.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if relevant. We’ll send instructions and the return address.
